Marcello is great! Took the time to walk me through what needed to be done and explained everything. Replace several stair treads and installed new railings. It looks great and he went out of his way to make sure other small things were fixed!

This is my first time writing a review and I normally don't leave good or bad reviews for people because I either can't be bothered or people don't impress me but Marcello is worth leaving a review for. He installed my stair railings and stair trim 1. He has knows what he is doing. This is important. He knows not only how to make your stairs beautiful but he also knows how to make it functional. And he knows the code. 2. he's resourceful. this is important. my stairs were old and I had actually started renovating it myself ( I installed the stairs treads and risers) and he came and worked with what I had instead of suggesting I rip everything out (which I really didn't have money for). With the weird angles and out of plumb walls he made my stairs look beautiful! 3. He worked with me on pricing and didn't decrease the quality of service he provided. He's worth the extra cost. He also came out to fix a problem that he wasn't even responsible for. Lastly, he wasn't condescending which was important to me being a double minority. Overall, I recommend him. Have patience when communicating with him and he will be patient with you. He has the ability of to do a great job and he will try to work with you on the design. Thank you so much Marcello for helping me and making my stairs look beautiful!
