Lavdi responded immediately--came over early on Saturday morning, returned with his partner early on Sunday morning, and began our job the next day. Very professional from start to finish--written statement of work, including a written warranty (very rare these days). Pricing was extremely fair, and work was done to perfection. The men were neat, hard working, courteous, and cleaned up beautifully prior to leaving the job site... we could not ask for anything more. They also worked on Saturday and Sunday to complete our job within the week (without our asking them to do so). Drinitech corrected an important drainage issue with non-functional catch basins that were built incorrectly and that could not possibly capture run-off adequately. Lavdi and his partner had knowledge, most important, and were excellent problem solvers. They initially discussed and analyzed the problem, took their time installing the materials, and gave us a perfect result in the end. Lavdi was excellent at communicating throughout every step of the project, from the initial plan to the end, and made it very clear that we should call him at any time in the future if ever any questions or concerns. This is a professional company with knowledge, ability, and the right men to execute the plan from start to finish. No mess at the end despite a lot of digging and removal of the prior non-functional mess of concrete blocks that were simply blocking the water from entering our drainage system.
