- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $50 fee for estimates, which is fully waived if you decide to move forward with the project. This approach allows me to dedicate the time and attention your estimate deserves while respecting both your time and mine. It ensures I can provide thoughtful, accurate assessments and give your project the focus it needs right from the start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by scheduling a phone call to talk through the customer’s goals, expectations, and any specific needs they may have. This conversation helps us get a feel for each other’s communication styles and ensures we’re aligned from the start. It’s also an opportunity to walk through my process, answer any questions, and set clear expectations so the project runs smoothly from beginning to end
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During my time in the Army, I was responsible for coordinating international training operations, managing both high-level strategic planning and on-the-ground execution. This experience has translated directly into my work in construction, allowing me to efficiently organize and oversee projects with a strong focus on planning, communication, and execution
