FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do 10% Military discount and a $100 referral program to you for a finish project of the customer you are referring. All projects are price per job that way we can give the customer the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins here on Thumbtack. We procure leads that match up with your job description that you're looking for. If and when both parties agree to meet, we set up a time that is convenient for both parties. We come to your place of residency or business. We talk about your future project, your thoughts and wishes for how you'd like to proceed. We then take measurements and pictures of the state your current product is in. We then go to our drawing board, pulling numbers from our vendors, while trying to keep a reasonable quote for you. We hold our quotes for approximately a month and no longer as metal prices along with other materials fluctuate daily. We then allow you to look over our quote along with other companies. We want you to make an informed decision. We don't take any job lightly and we don't want you to do that either. Once your decision is made and you decide to accept our quote, we do establish a contract at that time. This contract is placed for both you and I. While being in business for 20 years, you tend to get burnt here and there. We want this to be an open line of communication between both parties. If you then accept our contract, we ask for a signed copy along with a down payment of 50% of the total. Once BOTH of these items are received, we then place you on our job calendar. From then on out we stay in communication (normally through text or e-mail so as there is a paper trail) as to how our jobs are running. Sometimes our calendars run on time and some not so much. There are several components that mess with our schedule...WEATHER is a very large if not the largest component in our jobs being delayed at times. We can't beat mother nature at her game. Other things that affect us all are sicknesses, holiday schedules & and the curve balls that life throws at times. Once your project is complete and installed, your need is to enjoy. Our pleasure is knowing we've kept you and your family safe.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for 20 years and are still trucking along. We have some employees with welding certificates, along with welders that have self-taught themselves throughout their lives. We never stop learning. we are always striving to learn the next skill set to supply you with a phenomenal product.
