Mike did a great job. He provided an accurate estimate to relocate and connect rough'd in supply and drain lines for a basement bar sink. Additionally, he ran a supply line for an ice maker. He arrived on time and completed the work timely. His installation is clean and neat, and done with consideration as if it were his own home. New Comcept Plumbing will be my first call for future plumbing needs.

I will not hire this person again for any of our plumbing needs. He installed the water softener at our house. It started giving issues. When we reached out to him he did not respond and show up. He is unprofessional. BE CAUTIOUS !! Dont waste the money.

Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, dependent, honest, willing to do free estimate and was able to troubleshoot outside the usual scope of plumbing issues to solve problem where most "bigger" companies would look to shill you out of $$ at 10 times the cost, I will hire him again and again and will give his name to all my friends. I will never call one of those bigger plumbing companies again, they rip you off charging $200 min without even seeing the issue. They then work off a commission basis so they are working to make mountains out of molehills and charge you whatever they can, Allen was incredibly transparent and honest about what the problem was and spent over an hour helping diagnose it with the help, on a holiday weekend mind you, of his friend an HVAC guy he was able to determine an HVAC intake had been severely blocked and was causing the moisture build up. Thank you so much for all your help!!!

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would because that was the most unprofessional interaction that I’ve had with a plumber in quite some time. After clearly describing the type of shower fixture I needed repaired along with the brand before the tech arrived, John, the so-called senior plumber, shows up with no parts, claims he had no parts on his truck, and then refused to see if his company or a local store had them. Instead, he tried to upsell me by suggesting that I purchase a whole new shower valve (which would require cutting into my wall) because he was too lazy to do the right thing. What a poor excuse for plumbing — and customer service. If they didn’t have the parts, this appointment should have been canceled from the get-go. DO NOT use these guys. They are dishonest.
