We got other estimates but kept coming back to Matt's straightforward conversation and the value of the windows we would be ordering. He made some key suggestions that, after the installation today, proved to be great advice. The time from order to install was also very quick. One of the reasons we chose to do a window replacement project now (January) was the cold spots in both our primary bedroom and dining room - opposite ends of our house. Upgraded hvac hadn't been able to overcome the heat loss through old windows and French doors. Tonight, with a new package of high efficiency thermally-broken windows and sliders, we are actually turning the thermostat down because we're warm! Thank you to Matt, Josh, Luis, Martin, and the rest of the crew for a great job, for explaining all the tips and techniques to get the most out of the new windows and front door, as well as to keep them looking beautiful for years to come! This was a big job , and the week we scheduled was very hot. The guys motored through and it looks even better than I could have asked for.On Saturday as they were wrapping up , Geovanny came to me and asked if we could walk around the house and point out any thing that needed attention. You can tell they care about doing things right.Pricing is also important , and when comparing ZZZ with other Contractors.Andrew has been our best option. Total Satisfaction."See more

WoW employees were all awesome from start to finish. Greg, the salesman set the tone with his professional yet friendly demeanor and knowledge of the products. He responded promptly to all questions and kept us abreast of the timeline for window delivery. He passed us off to the folks in the office who were equally professional and excellent with communication. The fellow who came out to measure for the windows was also very professional and did an excellent job being timely and speedy in his work. He even answered a question via text after he left the site. The installation crew did their best to minimize the intrusion in our home and were working in very windy, very cold weather. They kept my home clean and were very tidy with their products. They were friendly yet professional. Everyone in the company knows their job inside and out! There is no "passing the buck" here, just great service with folks who are very competent and polite.
