We’ve had our insulation done by them and now just scheduled to get some windows done. Dave made the process great and look forward to the new windows.
I met with Jerry and Chris to discuss the insulation job. Jerry made a very good presentation about ROI and how they do business. I asked about some other work and Jerry could easily have added on to the job but instead he was honest and explained why the work was not necessary. ROI kept in touch throughout the project, from scheduling the job, ensuring I knew why the installation crew was late, and following up to check that I was pleased with the work. An inspector was on site during the entire job. The crew was efficient and spread out plastic sheeting to protect the floor and my spouse’s clothes, as the attic access is in her clothes closet. They upgraded the ceiling access panel to insulate it better and even repaired a disconnected vent in the attic. I took a quick look at the attic after the job was completed and it has never looked that good. And, most importantly, our second floor definitely feels a little cooler than during other summers. We highly recommend ROI Construction.

ROI inspection and quote process was top tier. Mike S showed up on time and ready to go. He thoroughly educated me on the attic insulation removal and installation process as well as the different materials appropriate for my home. He was equipped with state of the art equipment to get an aerial view and square footage calculation of my attic. He was very patient and answered all my questions. In addition, the quoted price was very reasonable

Jerry was very knowledgeable during our initial meeting to go over the type of insulation I would need and the initial estimate. Pricing was extremely fair - $2,724 for ~900sqft of attic space. I haven't scheduled the work yet, but just based off the initial professionalism from Jerry, I have not doubt the job will be done well and exceed the standard.
Update: Job was completed in about an hour and a half (14 inches of insulation, baffle installation). Crew was extremely professional and left no traces of their presence! Highly recommend
