We have scheduled new windows to be installed, which will happen soon. Dustin, our sales agent, was amazing and made a stressful situation easier. While his goal is to sell a product, he did so in a manner that was respectful of wants/needs without being aggressive. He answered questions completely and really listened to our goals. In the end, he closed the deal by offering quality products and service with above and beyond sales help. We are excited to have the windows installed and continue to grow a relationship with ROI for future projects!

I called a few siding companies for a quote and met with Dustin from ROI Construction. He was through in describing ROI’s qualifications and how they would perform the work. ROI’s quote was competitive so I contracted with the firm to perform the work. Ron, ROI’s inside service manager called and scheduled my project. Ron described when the materials would be delivered and when the work would start. The staff installing the siding was experienced and knew exactly how to install the Hardie board product. The were efficient in their work and the result was fabulous. I was impressed that ROI sent a quality assurance person over after the job was finished. He took his ladder and reviewed the install to insure it met ROI’s high quality standard. I am very happy I chose ROI and I highly recommend this firm for your project.

The ENTIRE team at ROI Construction was helpful and knowledgeable about the project I needed done. Their customer service was superb and they really took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my project. From start to finish, they handled my project with great care and answered all of my questions. My gutters and gutter boards never looked so good!!!

Dustin Marsh came out to give me a quote and I couldn't be more impressed. He took the time to thoroughly go through all of the options for roofing and siding replacement, and at the end we arrived at a price that was more than fair for the size of the job. After being ghosted by other companies--and overcharged by others with aggressive sales tactics--this was a breath of fresh air at a time when a homeowner needs it most.
