Just had ROI Construction come out to give us a quote and we ended up choosing them. First of all, the company was very responsive and quick to respond when we had initially reached out. Second, Mike D. was very professional, understanding and helpful in helping us figure out what door we should get. I enjoyed the brief he gave (pictures and all) and the transparency over price. I like the fact that we were able to customize the door to better suit our needs, which justified the quote we received. All in all, I will definitely be using the company again once I begin working on my other property. They are making the daunting process of home makeovers appear easy.

He thoroughly educated me on the attic insulation removal and installation process as well as the different materials appropriate for my home. He was equipped with state of the art equipment to get an aerial view and square footage calculation of my attic. He was very patient and answered all my questions.
