Serhii Mokrov arrived promptly at the agreed time, with his tool kit and examined my front door handle. I wanted to remove the front door handle altogether which was stiff and not functioning when trying to open the door and replace it with a door knob. Mr. Mokrov said he could FIX the door handle which he did! So now easy opening the door! No need to kick the door, just touch the door handle and the door opens easily. I highly recommend this handyman for any job. We negotiated the charge based on how long he was here. Very reasonable rates. $60 per hour; it took a little more than an hour so we agreed on $70 total. He accepts personal checks; cash and Venmo. Serhii is Ukrainian and can understand you by your showing him the job that needs doing. He also has google translate for communicating complex dialogue.

My experience with PrimeFix was exactly what I needed, plus more. Serhii came to repair an exterior door but also evaluated and provided a solution for an ethernet cable that I needed to run from the kitchen into the basement. He was precise in calculating where the entry and exit points needed to be to run the wire outside so the work was not invasive to the drywall. Serhii is very responsive and will get the done job right! I’ll be using PrimeFix for all of my handyman needs in the future.
