Quick to respond, identify the problem, and order a replacement part to fix our commercial door's bolt. Kingstowne Glass and Door did a great job replacing our emergency exit door and frame that had completely rusted and fallen apart! Ben the owner was very good at laying out the plans and explaining everything to me upfront and they did excellent work! I highly recommend them for small business owners!

I hired this pro August and he had me pay a deposit of $2178.75, it’s now October and after multiple attempts to reach him. He tells me that he is unable to complete the job and inable to provide refund of deposit and needs time as he has made purchase and need refund of the parts from manufacturer. After much pressure and email exchange he refunded me $500 and I do not know when I’ll get rest of money. No work was completed and money was paid and partial refund and waiting on rest of money.
