Martin was professional and promptly shared a free estimate after coming out to assess and ultimate replace our outdoor sump pump and PVC piping.
His product selection, his knowledge, and his years of experience is what gave him the edge over his competition.
Furthermore he is a good listener. I had mentioned that debris from trees (leaves, sticks) cause the old pump to seize. When he installed the new sump pump, he put chicken wire over the grate to minimize the chance of future debris getting into the basin.
Overall, Martin takes pride in his work and craftsmanship. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well he cleaned out the basin and the surrounding area. The install of the PVC and sump-pump itself was of high-quality. He took extra steps to ensure his work would withstand the test of time. It is rare to find a professional that cares about quality of their work, offers a high-level of professionalism, and really cares about the customers need. Martin is GREAT!
