Great service from Jasser! He responded to my request within an hour and was able to schedule the repair for the very next day. The issue was a faulty shower cartridge that was only letting hot water through. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and had my shower working perfectly again. Had an old and failing washer outlet box that needed to be replaced. He came out within just hours (later in the day, I’ll add) and got it done. He cleaned up after himself, was friendly, and reasonable. I definitely plan on having him back for our future plumbing needs.
