Deal with ONE service tech, who is seasoned. If you know exactly your plumbing issue then call them up. If not and/or you have a complicated issue spend the time and money with the big name company.

Honestly I wish I would’ve went with Mr. Rooter! I didn’t want to pay the price because I thought it was high but they actually are quoting a fair honest price! The pipe from my shower came loose and I need to get it fixed. They came in assessed the problem and knew exactly what needed to be done. To get a different quote someone else came and they made it seem like they’d charge me less but actually were scammers. But I’ve learned a lesson. Go with the professionals the first time! They are honest and give the right quote the first time. I really regret not going with them!
