WoW employees were all awesome from start to finish. Greg, the salesman set the tone with his professional yet friendly demeanor and knowledge of the products. He responded promptly to all questions and kept us abreast of the timeline for window delivery. He passed us off to the folks in the office who were equally professional and excellent with communication. The fellow who came out to measure for the windows was also very professional and did an excellent job being timely and speedy in his work. He even answered a question via text after he left the site. The installation crew did their best to minimize the intrusion in our home and were working in very windy, very cold weather. They kept my home clean and were very tidy with their products. They were friendly yet professional. Everyone in the company knows their job inside and out! There is no "passing the buck" here, just great service with folks who are very competent and polite. The door had been broken for years and held by patch jobs. It is now solid and my Wife is happy! He replaced the frame and re-hung the door good as new. Will definitely hire him again.
