We are in love with our new glass sliding door that replaced our old double french door. The whole process with Window Depot of Annapolis for this project went very smoothly from the very beginning to the end. Communication was very effective the whole time and everything was done on time as they estimated from the beginning. The whole team did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the final product. Including a pic from the old double door and two pics of the new glass sliding door. We recommend Window Depot of Annapolis and will definitely consider their business for future projects in our home.

Such a good value and GREAT job. Did an excellent job in installing. Looks like the house came with these windows. They’re double hung, triple pane and the crew who installed were efficient, careful, and paid close attention to details. They took out the old windows very carefully to not ruin the existing trim. There is also a lifetime warranty on the windows and they have been extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we have a standard price list for products and additional services. Most of the jobs require on site inspection for accurate and competitive quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I have enough information on the quote and some pictures if Im comfortable I can quote over email. Most jobs require inspection for proper job estimate. If the customer accepts the quote, there will be an official contract written and deposit required unless the job is financed. I estimate installation date at time of inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and hold all required certifications for any products we install.
