He came out to look at the machine and knew exactly what it was and came back a few days later with the parts, and spent quite a bit of time servicing the machine. He took his time, and I liked that—flat rate price, and it was no easy job! The thing that impressed me the most was that after the repair he stayed and ran an entire hour long cycle to make sure the machine was working properly. I’m so happy with his service. The machine is so quiet now. Another great thing is that the diagnostic price was only $20 and because I hired him for the service, he waived the diagnostic fee. And the price was great. Very affordable and great value. I’ll hire them again if the occasion arises. And I’ll be referring them to anyone I know who needs appliances serviced. Great job! Thank you!!"See more

I am really happy I was able to find Chris Hall. He is a top notch pro, and in my opinion, the best HVAC guy in the area. He was honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I highly recommend hiring him.

Trusting and paying this company is a VERY BIG mistake!!! I hope nobody will experience what I experience with this company. I HAD NO COLD for 4 days with a 90-degree temperature inside my house. It was a terrible experience he almost blew the motor of my HVac. When I asked for the refund, he stopped replying to my message. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

He was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. He has a lot of experience in the business and I will definitely be recommending him to family and friends!
