We have upfront transparent pricing with flat-rate prices so customers are not caught off guard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone and find out what the customer needs. We then schedule a convenient time to meet with the customer and to look at the hvac system. We provide up front pricing with options so our customers can make good informed decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HVAC Tech School Graduate. Business training at Asbury University. Over 40 years' experience in the hvac industry.
