fixed belts and hoses. Worked for a while. Unfortunately, another problem came up later, and they checked it for free and could not repair. Machine IS 45 years old, tho.

My washing machine had been making a very load noise and shaking with every wash and spin. I reached out to A Plus Appliance Service and I immediately got a response. He came out to look at the machine and knew exactly what it was and came back a few days later with the parts, and spent quite a bit of time servicing the machine. He took his time, and I liked that—flat rate price, and it was no easy job! The thing that impressed me the most was that after the repair he stayed and ran an entire hour long cycle to make sure the machine was working properly. I’m so happy with his service. The machine is so quiet now. Another great thing is that the diagnostic price was only $20 and because I hired him for the service, he waived the diagnostic fee. And the price was great. Very affordable and great value. I’ll hire them again if the occasion arises. And I’ll be referring them to anyone I know who needs appliances serviced. Great job! Thank you!!

APlus came out the very next day. They worked around my schedule. My washer was too expensive to fix, however, while they were at the house they also were able to look at our AC/heating unit and gave me a quote. They will be fixing it on their next visit. The repairmen were so pleasant and so helpful. I would highly recommend APlus Appliance for any of your home appliance repair needs.
