He walked me through it, gave me my options, advised me about what he would do, quoted me a price and did a fantastic job. I had a 30 year old Moen brass cartridge that had malfunctioned and was causing leaking to my lower level. Kevin took a difficult job and had it done in 2 hours. He showed up right when he said he would, and even with a trip to the supply store, he got it done in a timely manner. My 17 year old is so happy to have her bathroom back, and I’m happy my bathtub is no longer leaking into my rec room. We will be hiring Kevin the future to have some other plumbing needs addressed.
