Working with Roberta and her husband for our little wedding was delightful! We decided to go with her services originally because of the style of photography we saw from her. We were really looking for someone who took nice bright pictures that were colorful and didn't a) wash out the dress and b) look muddy from a darker filter.
She was very responsive and warm on the phone and always offered to be there to listen to "wedding-talk" :)
Her online portal was very helpful, allowing us to exchange legal documents, payment, and instructions all in one place. Their group organization was very logically thought out and ran smoothly and quickly. The portal had a list of groups to take pictures with so that they could be called by name, as well as checking off pictures that weren't important to us or might not have wanted.
At the actual wedding, I was a little nervous that my husband and I would come out looking awkward and not know what to do for poses. Roberta brought printed out photos of poses I had specifically told her I liked - this was SO helpful! My husband and I could easily look at the picture and understand what they wanted. They were also great coaches to help the photo look more relaxed and natural.
We are very satisfied with our photos and happy that we received them in several formats. I would definitely recommend this couple team to anyone looking for an on-time and more relaxed photography experience.
