FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always open to the conversation about catering my services to your budget. I believe everyone deserves to have a great experience with great, quality images, so I am absolutely open to working with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For wedding photography: 1. After your initial inquiry, I ask more about what your vision is for your big day. I also ask about your budget and ask how I can cater my services to fit your needs better. 2. After we lock in the date and location for your session, I send over a contract and an invoice for a flat rate retainer. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. 3. Then, we collaborate! I send over a wedding timeline to be used as a general guide so you know how much time is needed for photographing each part of the day. If you want an engagement session, I also send you engagement session styling tips so you know what to expect for your engagement session. 4. Then it's the big day! I am a very detail-oriented person; I make sure to capture all the details, and I make sure to help and serve you in any way that I can - whether it's putting on the veil, pinning boutonnieres, or fixing hair. 5. After the wedding, I edit your images and promise to deliver your images in less than 4 weeks. For portraits: 1. After your initial inquiry, I ask more about what your vision is your session. I also ask about your budget and ask how I can cater my services to fit your needs better. 2. After we agree on the date and location for your session, I send over an invoice for a flat rate retainer. The remainder is due before I deliver the gallery. I also send over portrait styling tips so that we can get flattering images in the best kind of light and location! 3. Then, it's session time! Time to have fun! 4. I edit your images and promise to deliver your images via an online gallery in less than 1 week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
