He was able to diagnose the issue, inform us on what had ti be done and once price was approved, he executed. He worked diligently and was patient with answering questions we had! He was greatly priced and honestly can’t beat his knowledge and pricing. We hired him to clean out the chimney, replace old fireplace and install new fireplace! He did a lot more than we wanted but he was honest on what needed to be done to have it safe! If I can give him a 10 star I would’ve!"See more

Shaka P. says, "I can’t give a review on a job being done but what I can say is that I spoke to one of the technicians Francois and he was so professional and polite on the phone. I sent him some pictures of the task I had and he explained to me over the phone that I would pretty much be wasting money trying to fix something that I could just purchase another fireplace. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity. Some people would not give a care and just take your money and be done with it. So, I will be contacting them again once I purchase a new fireplace so they can put it together. Thanks again for your help and patience Francois."See more
