Wanted to remove a ventless gas fireplace from a condo purchase. Smart chimney team came by quickly for a feee estimate, were reasonable in price, and were accommodating of our schedule to get the works done. No problems removing the fireplace, removing materials, capping the gas line, and cleaning up after. Very efficient team. I would highly recommend for anyone in Chicago looking to remove a gaudy early 2000s retrofit ventless gas fireplace.
