I would highly recommend this company. Lovely people to deal with and was surprised by my certificate which showed a smoke test and a picture of my flue. With gas prices rising I am lighting my log convector box more and feel reassured that my chimney is clean.

I attempted to set up services with Chimney sweep pros on two occasions. The first time, they were able to contact me to let me know there was an emergency and the technician would not be out, and asked to reschedule (which was absolutely fine, I have no issue with that). I rescheduled, and the second time my window was 10-12. At 11:56 I reached out, because I had not heard from anyone stating they were on their way. At 12:15 I got a call from a technician, first saying he didn’t have me on the schedule, then saying that there was another emergency with his car and that’s why he wasn’t out. I’m not sure which is the truth, but now that was twice I waited through my windows without service. I sincerely do hope everyone is okay, but I chose to have another service complete the work as I could not be sure the company would arrive as scheduled.

We also want to acknowledge that this time of year can pose additional challenges, as weather conditions make roof work more dangerous and unforeseen delays more common. While this does not excuse what happened, we made several attempts to contact you to communicate the situation and find a solution.
