I hired FlowPro Plumbing yesterday to install a kitchen sink and garbage disposal. I needed assistance in selecting the right type and size before making a purchase. Luigi was very friendly and efficient. He even offered to pick up the sink and garbage disposal so they could install everything the same day and add the cost to my invoice. I asked for an estimate, and he quoted around $672, which I thought was reasonable considering I had been seeing labor costs of $200-$300 plus materials.
However, when the job was completed, my total bill came to $1,057! I expected a more detailed invoice. When I reached out to Jason the owner, he explained, “Our prices are very competitive, and plumbing no longer follows an hourly rate; it’s a flat rate system. Luigi is fast. Thank you for your business.”
I was surprised by the high cost for a service that took less than three hours. While I always support small businesses, my experience with this company is worth sharing, especially for those who work hard to afford little home improvements.
As a follow-up, Jason later offered me a $100 gift certificate for future services to ensure every client feels valued. I appreciate the gesture, but I will decline.

I posted the project of replacing my 2 toilet online and Lynden reached out to me with estimate within few minutes.
He was very good at communicating about scheduling.
Upon removing my old toilet he spotted that the old toilet were leaking water and the floor was uneven and the new one can also cause leak soon and would wiggle.
He gave me option to just replace it or add some more stability and spacer to balance the new one.
He did a great job of replacing, cleaning the area and hauling away the old toilet.
I will definitely re-hire him for my future plumbing needs and will recommend him to friends and family.
