I needed some last minute decorations hung for my wedding. I knew this was an odd request and not really balloon decor but Chicago Balloon Decor responded fairly quickly and said they could help. I was excited because I was in a bind.
When I provided them with the info they ghosted me.
I would have been fine if they just communicated that they weren't interested.

I hired C2Detail Events for my wedding in Chicago end of September 2021.
All I can say is WOW! Charlene and her team decorated my wedding even better than I could have imagined!
I gave Charlene a vision and she executed it above and beyond. We met prior to the wedding to talk about what I wanted, what I was thinking, and the whole wedding day. The we stayed in contact whenever I needed it. I asked for a rustic style touches with colorful flowers.
C2Detail Events decorated 3 tables, made a Chuppah for the ceremony, aisle decor, tons of fabric draping to cover walks, and dessert table. I was shocked when I walked in to the venue to see it all for the first time. It was so gorgeous and lush. Charlene brought some of her own ideas and decor and it was just absolutely perfect!
Additionally C2Details provided day-of-coordination. Mary was my day of coordinator and she was amazing. She kept the schedule running on time, was so helpful, and organized. I don’t know what I would have done without her help!
Lastly, C2detail’s whole team was on point day of, done on time, and so sweet!
One word to sum things up: TRUST. Trust C2Detail to get what you want done for one of the most memorable days of your life. Tell Charlene what you want, and she will run with it and get it done better! And isn’t that what everyone needs when planning a wedding?

I asked them what they would charge because I was desperate for help. They never answered me.
I would have been fine if they just communicated that they weren't interested, but I thought they replied rudely and that the ghosting was unprofessional.

My experience with Sweety Dream was absolutely incredible. Svitlana did such an amazing job in helping me create the perfect aesthetic for my dream wedding. Svitlana worked with my budget and provided me with various options for the vision I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. The ballon garland and floral arrangement was so beautiful and stunning. Also, when it was time to set up the decor, Svitlana and her team were so professional, friendly, and punctual. Highly recommend!

Please do yourself a favor and hire Keynote Event Planning. Kristen from Keynote Event Planning did an AMAZING job for my wedding! She decorated my church ceremony pews for me, exactly how I told her to. It was simple, yet beautiful. I am beyond blessed to come across Kristen. She is so sweet, full of energy, prompt, detailed, easy to work with, and organized. Just let her know what you want, and she will make your dreams come true! 10/10 recommend!!!

Took a while to review but finally here to say you absolutely need to hire Ellie and her crew! They were amazing and so fast. Executed the exact vision that I had in my head and went beyond that. Everyone loved all of the balloons she put up and her photo back drop was a hit. I originally thought I was going to DIY my wedding but when Charlene answered my request I knew that was going to be the best decision I ever made to hire her. IT WAS! I am so glad I did not DIY my wedding. I would give Elegant Wedding Design 100 stars! She made my special wedding day more perfect than I could have ever imagined. People in my family were second guessing the event space I had chosen because it was small and they couldn't see the vision that I had. Charlene truly transformed the space into a beautiful, elegant and luxurious wedding venue. Every single one of my guests were blown away and in awe as soon as they stepped into the ceremony and saw Charlene's magical beauty she created.
She was so engaging, kind and truly made sure every detail of my vision was accomplished. She gave great ideas and expertise. I trusted every decision she made. I love that she owned all of her own materials and had the perfect matching color for our wedding scheme. She did a site walk thru and planned everything with a layout. Her text and email correspondence was great! I could write two pages about how amazing she is and how you really need to make sure she is handling your wedding decor and design. As soon as my first phone call with her I could tell in my spirit she would make all of my dreams come true. and she did!
I had the complete piece of mind from the moment I hired her. I was even worried because I WASNT worried about anything. She is like the fairy godmother that transformed Cinderella! I give her my highest review possible! Elegant Wedding Design is the best!

I recently engaged Mimi for balloon decor for an event, and I opted for 8 table centerpieces and a backdrop for $400. The designs were indeed captivating, especially the backdrop which elevated the ambiance of our venue. The table centerpieces were beautifully crafted and matched the theme perfectly.
However, my main concern was the ownership aspect. After paying a premium price, I was surprised to learn that I had to return several parts of the centerpieces to the vendor post-event. This was a bit of an inconvenience and something I believe should be made clearer during the initial agreement.
For future clients, I'd recommend clarifying terms of ownership and rental items to avoid any post-event surprises.
UPDATE:
I'd like to acknowledge the prompt and considerate response from Mimi of Jasamara Design. After my initial review, Mimi kindly offered to refund $100 of the amount I paid, which I appreciate. Additionally, she graciously allowed me to retain the centerpiece parts for my sister's wedding taking place a week later. It's commendable to see a business willing to address feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. While the initial experience had its bumps, the resolution provided by Mimi demonstrates her dedication to her clients.
