I understand that events can be stressful and take a lot of energy. My focus is to help eliminate some stress of your event and do the projects that you find too time consuming so you can focus on the fun part! I started coordinating weddings and parties in my 20s on weekends as a side job. Then I was an Event Planner and Coordinator in the corporate world for 7 years when I decided to start my business over 3 years ago.

Kristen was absolutely amazing as our day-of coordinator! She listened to every little detail I wanted and executed everything perfectly. On the wedding day, she and her two wonderful assistants took care of absolutely everything, which allowed me to truly relax and be in the moment. Kristen made all of my Pinterest visions come to life and exceeded every expectation. I cannot recommend her enough—she was such a joy to work with and made our day flawless!

Kristen thank you so much for all your help, you went above and beyond and we are very thankful for it. Our wedding was exactly if not better than what we wanted.  We had a company that was supposed to build a stage and they couldn't, and you stepped up and found a solution and because of that we had our dream ceremony. Your dad built us a stage with only 2 weeks before the wedding and it turned out beautiful! Kristen and her team did an excellent job setting up and tearing everything down. She is very understanding and caring. She took a lot of our stress away and we couldn't ask for a better vendor. Any problem that we came across she found a solution. She was very easy to communicate with and her team was very professional. Thank you so much!

Kristen was such a pleasure to work with! She made everything from the rehearsal for our wedding to the ceremony and reception feel so effortless. She is very kind and thinks of the small things! If you are debating whether or not you need a day or coordinator or planner, don’t think twice you do and Kristen is the perfect person to do so! She also had a lovely assistant for additional support who did an amazing job as well! We had about 180 people at our event and they were having a blast thanks to Keynote Event Planning!
