Pop-up Events by Everglow was fantastic! I am so happy I chose them for my event! They were extremely good at communication. They created exactly what I was asking for and took my inspiration pictures into consideration. They were punctuational, professional, and so friendly! We hired Pop-up Events by Everglow for our daughters second birthday and we are so glad we did! Not only was she was prompt and responsive, the quality of work was out of this world. They showed up on time and ready to create the best balloon garland we have seen. We provided pictures on how we imagined the party/them to be and they assisted with everything else. Our pricing includes delivery, set-up, tear-down, materials and labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally ask the date, time, location, type of occasion, # of guests, theme in mind, decor needs then we create an idea board for client's approval and once everything is settled... We take deposit then remaining balance day at the day of event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor in Science of Tourism and Hospitality Management
