Excellent service I received in my home today by Superior rodding service. Terrell responded to my request quickly, arrived at scheduled time. Very thorough, honest, knowledgeable and professional. Fixed all my plumbing problems (overflowing toilet/backed up tub) same day. He noticed my bathroom faucet leaking and fixed it with no problem. I highly recommend Superior rodding service, will definitely use again. Reasonable prices!!!

Pedro and his team are awesome! They stayed late to complete the work, gave me detailed instructions to take care of my bathroom. I definitely will call him for everything that we need with our home, from plumbing to renovation projects. Bill called me shortly after I requested a quote. He was able to show up (same day!) and he gave me quick lessons in plumbing. He showed me the improper work that was previously done and told me what to do to repair it. Bill fixed the difficult clog beyond the p trap, far down the pipe in a matter of minutes. Excellent service, I'd hire him again next time we have an adventure in the home.

I paid $139 for this company to provide technicians for roofing, plumbing, electrical, and a handyman. They said all 4 would arrive all on the same day between 8-11 am. However, I requested a roofer to come 3 days before the original appointment because there was a leak in the roof. I was told the roofer would come the next morning but no one showed up. I contacted Premium home service and spoke to Shila and she said she would contact the roofer. The roofer called and told me he was only scheduled for the original appointment, however, they never showed. On the day of the original appointment, a plumber showed and did the plumbing job. Then Gerardo showed up to access what needed to be done. He assured me that he would provide an estimate for the remainder of the work within 24-48 hours so I know the cost and technicians can be assigned. It has been a week since I saw Gerardo and I have not heard back. This company is a complete scam. Do not trust this company. The reviews can’t be real. Buyer BEWARE.

My husband and I bought an old single family home that had undersized pipes. That meant living with slow supply lines and slow drains for a few years until we got sick of how long it took our sink to drain. Originally we were looking into replacing just the pipes (all exposed in the basement), but it became a full scale bathroom renovation once we realized that the bathtub wall would have to be opened up in order to replace the plumbing in the shower fixture. We went with Green Contractor because not only could they do the extensive plumbing repairs, they could also do renovation work. Alberto was also very thorough when we did the initial walkthrough, which made us feel confident about working with him. Plus, we felt that the pricing for the overall project was very affordable considering the extent of services (plumbing plus renovation).
We hit a few bumps because old house = hidden problems. The old cast iron stack (probably 100+ years old) was badly damaged and had to be completely replaced from basement to roof. The previous owners messed up the subfloor and joists underneath the bathroom so they had to be replaced and reinforced. Nothing in the bathroom was square so it took some effort to make the walls plumb and floor level. Eventually it was discovered that there was a built-up clog somewhere leading up to the sewer and a 75 foot auger had to be brought in to clear it. Addressing these issues meant that extra time and costs had to be added to the project. We were very thankful that Green Contractor could fix the problems now before they could get worse. In total, it took 2 full weeks to complete the project.
Whenever something came up, Alberto would come up with suggestions and we'd pick a solution that would benefit us both. We wanted to create less work for them whenever possible because we could see how hard the team was working. Our main guys were Walter and Charly and they were very nice and respectful and you can tell they take pride in their work. We asked a ton of questions and they were happy to answer them. Because my husband and I both work from home and would be in virtual meetings throughout the day, they would let us know in advance when they'd need to turn on a saw or make noise, which was very thoughtful.
Since this is the primary bathroom in the house, it was important for us to select fixtures to create a spa-like experience. The bathroom feels much bigger with the updates and has a modern, luxurious vibe. We are very happy with how it turned out!
