This company is incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. We booked with them using the scheduling tool for today 3pm. We had a tenant moving in today. We booked yesterday, they confirmed this morning and now told us they couldn’t make it. I explained we had tenants moving in and would need to put them in a hotel but they didn’t care. This is supposed to be an emergency line. Please do not trust these people to follow through.

Showed up to give a same-day estimate on a Saturday. Work began Monday morning. Turned out to be a much bigger job than expected, but Joel was upfront about the cost and very thorough. He and the team made an extra effort to minimize the damage to our flooring so we wouldn’t have that added expense later. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after the work was done. Would definitely hire them again.
