I had a handyman work on my drain for a full day drain still clogged. Star plumbing came today and he was on time, clean and did great work. My drain is fine now. Thanks for work done well Star plumbing. Nice man alittle expensive but aren’t they all?

Mike is awesome! What started out as being a simple drain rodding, turned into an angioplasty of about 18 inches of drain pipe due to excessive grease/grime build up. Then, in spite of the drain pipe pressure exploding sludge/grime all over him, he maintained his composure and cleaned everything up to be spotless. Very professional with a great work ethic. Mike is now my go-to plumber.

Edgar was great. He fixed my leaking shower drain. I also had him do a couple other plumbing items while he was here. Him and his team were great, punctual and professional. Fernando did a great job on fixing two of my clogged drains in my condo bathroom. Both the sink and tub had been constantly backing up for over a year. I had another plumber come out a while ago and they just did a surface cleaning of the clogs. Fernando was able to get in to the pipes and figure out the root of the problem. I would definitely call on Fernando again for help with other issues around my condo when needed.

My dishwasher, kitchen sink, and laundry tub were all clogged and/or running slow. Leo came out that night and cleared everything! It had never been done in the 15 years I've been in my house so you can only imagine how bad it was. Now my dishwasher looks brand new and all the dishes are clean again. The drains no longer stink, and everything is running properly. He charged a reasonable price and did a fantastic job. I will definitely hire him again!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Will, a plumber who came to my home to unclog my kitchen drain. I can confidently say that Will is a true professional and a master at his craft.
From the very beginning, I was impressed with Will's level of responsiveness. When I first contacted him, he promptly returned my call and was able to schedule an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. He was friendly and helpful on the phone, and I appreciated his willingness to answer all of my questions.

Matthew was hired out for 3 reasons: garbage disposal, washer/dryer floor drain, and an issue with a toilet. Matthew replaced our disposal. He mad ensure it was done right and cleaned up after everything, as if he was never here. Matthew also graciously answered all of our questions and listened to our concerns. He provided a lot of recommendations for maintaining our home plumbing, as well as products that can assist in maintenance. After taking some next steps with our bathroom, if our issue persists, we will be hiring Matthew again.

The unit in my condo building had water backing into my kitchen sink - I own a duplex down on the first floor. I reached out to Red Hot Drain and received a call within a matter of minutes on Friday morning (6/16/2023). The representative told me that he could send someone out in a few hours. We had our call at 10AM and Gabe from the company came out by 12PM. Gabe rodded our unit from the kitchen and waited 10 minutes by running the water to make sure it drained properly. During the test we realized the water was backing up again. Gabe then rodded again and noticed that the rodding didn’t fully solve the issue. He asked if we had a basin and I honestly had no idea. To be clear Gabe asked me this when he first arrived and I was not aware that we had one. Gabe then walked outside and found the basin which was disguised as a sewer manhole cover near the parking spaces in the back of the building. When he opened it it was full of grease. The basis has never been cleaned. This was the source of the problem. Gabe was able to call a truck to remove the grease in an hour as well as a truck to hydro jet the drains. He stuck around the entire time to see the job to fruition - I appreciated that. Everything was done the same day by the same company. I cannot recommend this company enough as well as Gabe and his team. Gabe went above and beyond to fix the issue. So far things have been running smoothly and we have no water backing up into our kitchen sink! We should be good to go for the next ~5 years! 10/10 from me.
