I was extremely pleased with the work that was done at my house. I needed a leaky sink fixed. Will went to the store and picked out multiple faucets for me to choose from. Not only did he take the time to show me step by step what was wrong but how he was planning to repair it. He also educated me about other plumbing issues that I didn't realize I had or had no knowledge of. I definitely will be contacting him in the future to have the remaining issues addressed. I highly recommend Will for any of your plumbing needs. He's is very knowledgeable and professional.

Will was fantastic to work with. Helped us identify the issues, and was happy to help make sure the job got done well, in a timely fashion. Will responded within 10 minutes from original message. I explained my concern about a gas leak. He insisted it be better for him to come the same day instead of waiting till tomorrow. He arrived on time. I showed him my concern involving a gas leak in the dryer shut off valve. He tested it and yes, it needed to be replaced. I asked about another area in the crawlspace that had gas lines. He went right to it...tested it and identified a major leak. He checked all gas pipes and valves inside the house to be sure the house was safe. Finally, he checked the outside grill gas line. That need a new valve and connectors. He came back within 30 minutes bringing all the parts necessary. He even used some of my new parts to save me money. He completed ALL of the repairs within 2.5 hours. He showed me the parts her removed and then tested all area to confirm no gas leaks. I was amazed. He knew what he was doing and handled each problem for me. Along the way, he pointed out a few plumbing issues, but he insisted that there is nothing that needed to be fixed asap. He suggested that it be best to wait till repair is absolutely necessary and fix all plumbing issues at one time. He even took the time to show where the water shut off is located. He is a true professional, who comes to fix your problem and not charge you a ton for his services. Who can ask for more: professional, quick and extremely efficient. I will definitely use him again and pass his info to family and friends. Thank you, Will!
