It was the worst service I have ever received. I got a written guarantee from the company manager about the quality of the job I am going to have but it was the worst service. The plumber did not know the basics. He installed the shower head not high enough. He forgot to secure the junction so pipe leaked afterwards. The drains which he installed are not aligned at all and you would be surprised if i tell you that the plumber even did not have a level. And at the end he charged me more than what he asked at the beginning.

Overpriced. Didn’t finish the job and when I called him back to correct the issue that was not originally resolved he wanted to charge me another $500-700. I called another plumber that had to fix the work he did. Not originally resolve and he charged me $200.

Eric did a great job!! He was very thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to show me the problem before doing any repairs. He was honest in letting me know it wasn't an issue caused by previous work completed by another plumber. I would recommend him for plumbing services. I plan to use him again in the future.

Ben with Kennesaw Plumbing was awesome. Don’t bother requesting multiple contractors for a job through here cause he will go above and beyond. Very thorough, takes his time to explain everything he’s doing, and gives great advice for routine/annual preventive maintenance. 5-stars, will use again, and don’t need to look elsewhere for a trusted plumber

Tim from My Plumber did a really great job replacing my toilet. Good personality and easy to work with. He went over all my options with me before the work started. I really appreciated him hauling a toilet up and down 3 flights of stairs! Work was done fast! Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Stole thousands from me and refused to complete the work after failing the county plumbing inspections. Alex (also goes by Marlon) submitted the inspection requests using someone else’s name Efrain Cordova and a third man’s name Wayne Rutledge as the licensed plumber. He had told me that he is a licensed plumber which doesn’t appear to be the truth. He also doesn’t seem to know plumbing code per the many code violations in his work.
I paid Alex over 30% more than we originally agreed to and every payment requested of me, including multiple payments for the same items. He made up his own rules and was increasingly belligerent. He still never completed the work - I gave him over a year to do so. We’ll be taking this to court so that he can pay for the corrections to his work and I won’t hesitate to contact the police if he continues illegal activity against me. Stay away from this liar and cheat.
