It was the worst service I have ever received. I got a written guarantee from the company manager about the quality of the job I am going to have but it was the worst service. The plumber did not know the basics. He installed the shower head not high enough. He forgot to secure the junction so pipe leaked afterwards. The drains which he installed are not aligned at all and you would be surprised if i tell you that the plumber even did not have a level. And at the end he charged me more than what he asked at the beginning.

Overpriced. Didn’t finish the job and when I called him back to correct the issue that was not originally resolved he wanted to charge me another $500-700. I called another plumber that had to fix the work he did. Not originally resolve and he charged me $200.

Eric did a great job!! He was very thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to show me the problem before doing any repairs.
