I received a very fast response to my request, even after hours on a Friday. They were able to come by the next day and were right on time. I had a mystery wet spot on my ceiling and after trouble shooting several things and no water dripping, they suggested to keep an eye on it and call back if needed. I did appreciate that I wasn’t charged, even after them spending about 30 minutes of investigating.
