- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a locally owned and operated company, but also part of a nationwide network. The owner has lived here since 2001. We are licensed, insured and committed to providing a high a level of service. We focus on making the correct repair the first time, and we warranty all of our work. Thumbtack does charge our company to match with customers so we do have a standard $59 service charge to come to your home and perform basic diagnostic. If you approve any repairs, we will waive the fee! We have found that the best way to provide an accurate and fair price is to see the issue in person. Every home and plumbing system in unique, and an on-site evaluation allows us to ensure we don't overlook any details that couple impact the cost or quality of the repair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will get you on our schedule ASAP! Our plumbers will perform a full diagnosis and can also do a full home inspection just to make sure there is nothing else you need to be aware of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has decades of experience ranging from small residential to large commercial jobs. We are certified by Navien and Rinnai for tankless water heaters!
