Jonathan did an excellent job for a maintenance review of our HVAC system and cleaning our evaporator coil. Very professional, alerted me when he was arriving, arrived on time. Also, I though the charge was reasonable for the work performed. Will hire again.

This was a FANTASTIC experience! I am a landlord and I live in Singapore (12 hour time difference). I was on Thumbtack and reps from CoolMax Air were on pretty late at night. Within minutes of talking, I was able to get a reasonable quote, and I’m very happy with the outcome. The tenant says the HVAC system is working great AND our new HVAC system was installed on Thanksgiving which worked out for both parties. I’d also like to mention that they quoted us less than half of what the Home Depot Contractors were quoting us. He came out the day after sending the quote as well. We are very happy. Give these guys a try, and you’ll be the next one writing a positive review!

Ok….I can say this with ALL honesty and conviction. There is NO ONE in this business that cares about his job and making his customers happy, more than Michael Charlemagne of Peachy State Home Inspections/Charlemagne Royalty Heating & Cooling. After experiencing several A/C cooling issues in our newly purchased, newly moved into home, I contacted Mr. Charlemagne, who got back to me within minutes. This is summer in Atlanta— the busiest time for any HVAC pro, especially Mr. Charlemagne. He has a lot of long time customers, and I can absolutely see why. After he arrived, he thoroughly diagnosed the issues with our older system and it turned out we needed a whole new A/C unit. Despite his crazy busy schedule, he made the time, communicated readily and quickly throughout the process, and, even after having to service several other customers dealing with cooling issues on his schedule, he came THIS EVENING with a new unit. And, understanding our need for relief after our house had been without AC for almost four days, he and his team came and installed everything brand new, perfectly, and most importantly, REASONABLY in price. It is 10:00 pm. On a Wednesday. Michael Charlemagne JUST LEFT our house. Now THAT is dedication. After he explained everything thoroughly, we could not be happier with his work, professionalism and expertise. Michael Charlemagne is not only a truly exceptional pro, he is genuinely kind, caring and simply put, an amazing human who really cares about his customers and his work.
