I began the painful process of finding someone to replace my broken HVAC system. I was getting the typical response until I reached Rachel at Comfort. Within a day, she sent me four detailed alternatives along with scheduling and financing options. I have a brother in Detroit with a lifetime of experience in HVAC. He was very very impressed with the solutions and pricing offered. Two days later, the Comfort installers, Greg and Jimmy did the installation. Not only was it timely and flawless, both guys were so friendly and helpful, making certain I understood all I needed to know.
