- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hard to make sure that our pricing is fair and competitive! We offer flat rate pricing, and will have all charges approved by you before completing the work!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If your unit is not cooling, we ask that you turn off the unit to let it thaw until we arrive. Upon arrival, we'll conduct a thorough diagnosis, and then walk you through your options for solutions! With your approval, we can generally complete the work at the time of your appointment!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are very experienced and we continue to train weekly so that we can be sure we're up to date on the most current technology and repair techniques!
