I was mislead! I hope no one ever uses them! I requested services (4 illustrations) on June 1st. I told this guy I needed these drawings by June 20th (tomorrow). This guy tells me he could have the drawings done within 7 days, which you see in the screenshot of the messages. He had me paying $150 upfront to not complete any service or keep me posted on anything. I have not spoken to this guy nor the team he spoke about since June 1st. I texted him today (June 19th) trying to get an update and his only response was “Hi” and nothing else. People like him make it real hard to trust others that have phenomenal customer service and work. You mister at RT Graphix have messed up your business. You have taken money out of my children’s mouth. I was needing these illustrations for me and my children’s YouTube channel by this weekend. You can never mess with God’s children and you will reap what you sow, believe that! If I have to make this a legal problem I will!
