Fantastic Service!!! My daughter purchased a fixer upper a few months ago and everything was in tough condition. Perez came in and got everything HVAC related back in tiptop condition and it didn’t cost nearly as much as we feared. Such a relief!!! He only fixed what needed to be fixed and did a wonderful job!!! I have used him twice since then on units at my home and they are now working better than they have since we moved here almost 10 years ago. Every time I have called, he has come out within 24 hours!! I will keep his number and he will always be my first (and only) call for all HVAC needs!! Louis and his team are excellent. They came and replaced my HVAC unit in less than 3 hours. I was so excited because I was struggling with this heat wave! Maurice is great! Even though he couldn't fix my broken fan in my HVAC unit (because it is 19 years old) he did really try! I had cold air for a few more hours (truly appreciated that with the heat wave we are currently in) I will look to have a new unit installed soon but we was great! Very responsive and he definitely loves his work!

Bryan was amazing!!! I spoke with him in the morning on 05/24 and he was out to our home early afternoon same day! His goal was not only to find a resolution, but to make it as cost efficient as possible. Needless to say he saved us money and our ac was back up and running!!! We appreciate you for your professionalism, honesty, and HVAC knowledge and background!! I honestly will not use anyone else for our AC needs and will refer him to any and everyone we know! We even had him out next to day to replace our old thermostat which he came and did promptly and had the thermostat already on hand!!! Thank you so very my family and I appreciate you for taking care of our issue fast and effectively.

Terrible! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Maurice was contacted because my AC unit was frozen outside. He came the following day. He said there was a leak and said he found the lead by tightening a valve. He stayed for a very long time and indicated that he filled the unit up with 6 gallons of Freon. He said I needed a filter and he would come back the following day and he hoped my bill would not exceed $650. I asked him why it would be so high and he said he was working on my unit for a long time. The following day the unit froze again. So he said it needed to be cleaned. It appeared to be working when he left and I paid him $650. The next morning my unit froze again. I called and he said turn it off and he would come the next day. He returned with another technician, who walked in while he was in the back working on the unit. He went upstairs and into the attic to try and detect the leak, again. He dropped my stairs several times and broke them. He also cracked my ceiling. He claimed he fixed it but it may not work and I might need to call the warranty company. I asked him to put it into writing. He agreed. At 3:30 am I received several text messages. He sent pictures and messages indicating what he allegedly fixed. I didn’t respond because it was 3:30 in the morning. The following day he said I never responded and that I owed him for the repairs he made. I let him know that he never fixed the problem, damaged my property, and my air still is not working. I had to contact another company to fix the problem. I would not recommend him at all. He is now messaging me claiming that he fell in my attic because my stairs were broken. They were fine the first 2 days he came. The hvac tech that I hired today saw the stairs were loose and used his own ladder. Now he’s claiming I didn’t pay for repairs He claims he did without authorization and my AC is still not working.
