Jermaine was fantastic. There was an issue with my AC unit and he was able to come out a few hours later. He has all the needed parts on his truck and fixed everything the same day. Definitely recommended!

My ac went out. He fixed it. It worked and has been since he left. Jermaine was an ease to work with. The invoicing was a little different. Because it showed that I received discounts on each line of work a s included the service fee that I paid in advance. The nice lady refunded it. They will definitely be who I call if I have any hvac needs. Thank you!

This was my first time having HVAC issues so I did not know what to expect. I received a message immediately after submitting my request on Thumbtack. Thinking I would have to wait at least 24-48 hours for a tech to come out, Jermaine came that evening. He sent me a courtesy text when he was 20 mins away. He was polite, professional and took his time explaining the work that needed to be done. He gave recommendations for future care. What I truly appreciate was I did not walk away feeling like I got ripped off. He appears to be a genuinely nice person, who cares about his work amd his customers. I have already sent his info to a friend who needed assistance with her HVAC. I will definitely use his services again.

Jermaine was excellent – fast, professional, and informative. We weren’t sure what was wrong with our unit, but Jermaine arrived on time and had our AC running again in less than 10 minutes.
