Jermaine at JGE is truly amazing! I recently bought a new house and the AC stopped working. Frantically before the Labor Day weekend I found JGE Heating and Air and Jermaine was able to come out same day. He was quick and fixed the issue the first time around! If you’re in need of HVAC services look no further than JGE Heating and Air!

JGE Heating and Air was a great choice for my recent malfunctioning AC unit. From arrival, the service was professional and thorough. I was concerned that we’d need a complete replacement, but JG was able to troubleshoot multiple issues and get the unit up and running.

The pro showed up on time, got my repairs completed, confirmed everything was working before he left. I am happy they were able to get it completed so fast. He shows me what was wrong; tested the systems in from of me and advised of any services needed for future upkeep. Only thing that was a little bad was he didn't inform me of the 3.5% fee for using my credit or debit card. Based in the repair costs, it would have been good to know and given tje option to change how I made the payment. Overall good experience.

Great experience with JGE! Prompt and resolved my issue while also explaining the issue so that understood what happened. Really appreciate that JGE was able to fix my heating especially same day and on the coldest day of the year! Highly recommend their service!
