Just had Jermaine here at my house. He was puntual, friendly and honest. Had called him for a second opinion as had someone else here at my house to check my heating. He quickly identified the problem. Totally different in terms of cost and recommendations from the other company. Will be calling him to maintain my AC in the spring

Jermaine was awesome, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to come out within 24 hours during the January 2025 ice/snow storm. Would definitely use and recommend him.

Jermaine contacted us immediately and was available on a Sunday - I gave him the issue from previous technicians diagnostic. He was able to address the issue and the previous technicians stated they needed parts. The previous technician gave a false diagnosis and JGE was able to repair the issue today. JGE stated they carry all or most Parts with them and they will most likely be able to address and fix the issue today. This proved to be true and now we have heat! I’m so thankful for contacting an honest company and now they have a customer for as long as they will have us! Lol
