Angel arrived on time as scheduled, evaluated the situation, provided a plan of action and upfront repair & labor costs, and requested approval to begin plumbing repairs. I accepted his offer and was extremely impressed with his work skills and determination. He labored for a few hours nonstop and completed the work very efficiently and successfully. Absolutely amazing! Would recommend Andrew to anyone and everyone needing any type of plumbing work. He was extremely knowledgeable with every issue I had. He was also upfront with pricing which is very important to me and even offered a couple suggestions to help me save money. He repaired and replaced my broken sink knobs, shower faucet, tub drains, running toilets, instant hot water dispenser, and a couple other random plumbing issues. I returned from Thanksgiving holiday to a flooded garage and found it originating from the kitchen sink. I found Golden Hands on Thumbtack on Monday, stated the problem, and Eric called me immediately. He had one appointment before me and arrived at 230pm. The leak wasn’t immediately found, but Eric took the time and persisted until he did. He repaired the leak and also installed a new toilet handle for me. Kudos to Eric for his responsiveness, persistence, high-level of customer service and quality work. Will be calling upon Eric again to winterize my plumbing.

Jontell came out to fix three running toilets and a leaky kitchen sink. After looking at all for four issues, he determined what parts were needed, and he went to Lowes with me to ensure we got the right parts, (and to return the full toilet repair kits i had previously purchased, saving me some money). He determined the disposal was the cause of the leak, and we bought a new one at the store. When he removed the old disposal, he noticed it looked like he might be able to just replace a pipe and fitting to fix the leak - so he tried to do this to save me the cost of a new disposal. Unfortunately, everything was too corroded to salvage, but I was happy he tried to save me the cost. I was so pleased with the service I received, I took several of his business cards to give to friends, and I plan to use Jontell for all future plumbing needs. I highly recommend - great service, great repair, and an all around good guy.
