- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent and straightforward pricing. We always will talk about pricing and get permission before starting any work. There are no fees with our work. The price we quote is the price you pay. Taxes, credit card processing fees, etc are all things we take care of on our end. For discounts, we offer an ongoing 15% discount to members of our service plan, among other benefits of the service plan. It’s a great deal, and one of the many ways we try to prioritize and reward repeat business!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial diagnosis is usually the start to all plumbing service/repair jobs. Exceptions exist, but normally being on site and talking to the customer and finding out exactly what is going wrong is the best first step we can take. After diagnosing the issue, giving the customer options and letting them choose the course of action from there has always led to the best outcomes in my experience.
