Denis was great! I had some toilets I needed installed, Denis came in, got both the old ones removed, installed the new ones, and was very patient with my otherwise loud dog all the while. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs!

What a strange experience this was. I described my project as installation of sink, faucet, garbage disposal and dishwasher and said that we had the items themselves, but not the connection plumbing. We booked an appointment to get the work done, and Tim and another man showed up and reviewed the job with my husband. He then said he needed to go "buy parts." One minute later, he TEXTED me that the job was "more involved than he thought, and not for him." Seriously, ran away and texted! When I replied that this was rather unprofessional, he replied that i had misled him on the job and that he would have to spend too much on parts. What? A professional would have explained (in person) that the job was more involved than he expected and that parts would be in addition to the quoted amount. I don't know what the real story is here, but now I have to wait another week for a new plumber. I would suggest that "Advanced" Plumbing may want to reconsider their company name.
