Called them out of the blue when my drains were backed up. They were very responsive and polite. The technician came out quickly and took care of the problem very quickly and charged the coupon price as promised. Will call them again if needed. Thank you.

I see why this company is named Elite. They live up to the name. The lady (Patrice) who booked my appointment was so polite and well spoken. I had a great conversation with the dispatcher, Ashlea. She called me to update me on my technicians arrival time. I really appreciated their communication and how considerate they all were. The technician arrived right on time, had a door mat, and shoe covers!!! I will definitely be recommending Elite Rooter to all my friends.
