The Elite team was very responsive and offered a free visit and estimate for a quote. We did not hire them so cannot comment on their work, but they are quick to reply and had someone out to our house the very next morning after I sent the request. The quotes seemed affordable based on others we saw!

Called them out of the blue when my drains were backed up. They were very responsive and polite. The technician came out quickly and took care of the problem very quickly and charged the coupon price as promised. Will call them again if needed. Thank you.

Called Elite Rooter for a quote on a new water heater. Technician was at my
house within an hour or two without any extra charge on account of it being a Saturday. Their gal Ashley kept excellent communication from start to finish and their technicians were very professional. Highly recommend!
