The best job at the right time!! They were in my front door just 10 minutes after we called them. They drained all the water from my bath tub, identified the problem, which was my toilet drain and fixed it. It took only 2 hours. They were profesional, knowledgable, super clean and believe it when i say "clean" is really clean, they not only cleaned the work area buy they even wiped out the hall way and everywhere they pass by and charged a fair price. I definitely recommend them and will hire them again.

I hired this plumber to fix a washer drain that was overflowing after the wash cycle. I have lived in the home for 5 years and this issue started a few days ago.
The plumber ran a snake through the washer drain and through the vent on the roof. He snaked the drain and the vent stack for 4 hours. They charged me $550. I’m guessing he had a slow day and I was his only job.
I called him 30 minutes later after he left my house to tell him the issue was not fixed. I tested the drain myself by running a wash load. Because guess what? He didn’t care to test it before he left. He suggested I hire someone to clean my septic tank. Said it was most likely backed up. Yet, the two toilets, tub and kitchen drains were draining fine!
Before I wrote this review, I kept my cool, and hired a septic tank cleaner. I said ok, I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt. Plus, it doesn’t hurt to clean the tank right?
The septic tank guy came did his job and even troubleshooted to find out what was going on with the washer drain. I really lucked out with this septic company. The kitchen and bathrooms were reaching the tank, but the washer drain was not. He deduced there was something wrong with just the washer drain. ::sigh of relief::
I am filled with rage that people take advantage like this. Even if you hire them to do the job of “snaking” he did not care that it was not fixed and did not care to investigate anything further.
The septic tank plumber had to do that?! Insane. Go somewhere else folks. Put your hard earned money on people who legit care for integrity and understand that you work as hard for your money as them, too.

I recently had the pleasure of working with ONCALL Drain Cleaning for an issue with gurgling and slow draining in one of our bathrooms. The technician, Davis, who is part owner of the company, was not able to fully resolve the issue, but he went above and beyond in identifying the root cause of the problem. He used a camera to clearly show me the condition of the pipe and explained that the issue was much more serious than we had initially thought. Despite this, Davis provided several options for addressing the broken cast iron pipe and ways to mitigate the problem in the meantime. Davis takes much pride in his work and communication was top-notch throughout the process.
It's worth mentioning that there were other jobs lined up, but Davis worked around them, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had.
Overall, my experience with ONCALL Drain Cleaning was extremely positive. Davis was genuine, transparent, and professional in his assessment of the issue and provided valuable advice for moving forward. While the problem was not fully resolved, I would certainly be considering ONCALL Drain Cleaning for fixing our broken pipe issue, once we go through insurance. I highly recommend this company for their honesty, excellent customer service, and Davis's pride in his work.

Leroy was a pleasure to work with. He charges much less than the bigger companies, and does a fantastic job! He unclogged my drain and even took a look at my garbage disposal for me. He made it a point to clean everything before leaving...I'm saving his information for future issues. Please hire him if you have any plumbing issues, you cannot go wrong!

I contacted JH drain cleaning services in the afternoon about my issue, on a Sunday no less. I was met with a reasonable price for my issue, to scope the lines with a camera and unclog a toilet/shower.
Even with such short notice, I was put into the day schedule with no issues.
Once arrived, I met with Joe who asked about the issue, looked at it and began working.
He checked what I thought was my septic clean out and found out it's not even that but a clean out for my washer! He checked from the roof and was able to locate my septic and showed me where my clog is.
He then snaked and cleared my clog and even had a few test flushes with paper to make sure everything was working before he left.
I've had my fair share of plumbers and some lack integrity with their work. But Joe went above and beyond to do the job.
A huge bonus for giving tips and advice about the proper ways to take care of a septic tank and have to have it pumped and cleaned.
