KS services and repair solved our problem with quality. They called to understand our situation, suggested two approaches to solve it and let us choose the solution that meet our budget. They came as promised and fixed the problem with quality. There was a miscommunication issue about the pricing but we reached an agreement easily. Definitely recommend the company to others.

Samuel replaced some shut off valves that had been here since the house was built. They were hard to remove. He also repaired a toilet and replaced a kitchen faucet that was very difficult to get out. He is professional, polite, and helpful. He knows his job and it was a pleasure having him here. Samuel arrived on time and diagnosed the problem with my leaky toilet. The flange that the toilet bolts to had broken and needed to be replaced. He booted the new one to the concrete floor with the correct bolts. He was fast and very professional and cleaned up after the project extremely well. Five stars all the way.
