Paul replaced my lowboy water heater. He had to remove the old, rusty existing water heater which was more challenging than it looked. Paul is hardworking, friendly, courteous, and professional. Paul did the job as quoted for a very fair price. He even picked up the toilet for me from Home Depot and hauled away the old one! He was very responsive and explained everything, would definitely use him again.
