I hired Jose from Martell Services for plumbing services. I needed the replacement of the water shutoff valve and of a hose bib faucet. Both sit on the outside wall of my condo. Jose, was prompt to give me an accurate and fair job estimate. He got to work right away and executed the job in a timely and professional manner. He was detailed and explained everything clearly. It was not an easy install because he had to remove the existing plumbing pieces. He did a great quality job. I had a disappointing experience with this plumbing service. Initially, they failed to show up for the first appointment and didn’t follow up but instead closed the ticket. When I called to inquire, they apologized, claiming they never saw the ticket.
They then scheduled a second appointment with my tenant, yet once again, they didn’t show up and never called the tenant. Completely unprofessional and a very bad experience. I would not recommend this plumber to anyone. Bogus …!

THE BEST, Outstanding professional service, the company offered to come out right away for leak detection at a decent price. They were on time and started working right away! It was not an easy task but they managed to find the large leak, a job that would seem to take all day was completed in a couple hours. Other companies were hardly willing to help and Dolphinz Plumbing made the job look easy. We are so thankful for this great experience and will recommend the company to everyone!

The work was done well and after a year later is still everything ok. I think there are some details that can be improved. There were a couple of extra switches installed in the main panel as part of the new tankless water heater but not correctly label as belonging to the 220v. An easy fix, but a small detail that can make the work “perfectly done”. I really hope this note can make the company better. I recommend this team to take care of your plumbing work.

Amazing plumbing services. I reached out and he scheduled to come the same day. When I was able to come home earlier, he even made it earlier than our scheduled appointment and was very flexible. Super happy with this company. I needed my toilet to be leveled, and a new wax ring, etc. He quickly took care of the job and did it very quickly and was very kind as well. He educated me on the things he was doing and it is now a fully functional toilet. Thank you again! If you need a plumber, don’t look anywhere else, this is your guy for the job.
