Great experience with Mr Martell. He came at the time scheduled, found the issue with a main broken pipe connected to the outside meter, spent more time in the repair than anticipated due to a difficult dig around the meter box, and after a hard work which I witnessed, he maintained his initial quote. I will call him again with any plumbing issues I might encounter in the future.
