Great experience with Mr Martell. He came at the time scheduled, found the issue with a main broken pipe connected to the outside meter, spent more time in the repair than anticipated due to a difficult dig around the meter box, and after a hard work which I witnessed, he maintained his initial quote. I will call him again with any plumbing issues I might encounter in the future.

The service was fantastic, fast, and efficient. Jose did an excellent job! He let me know his ETA before arrival, showed up on time, and was very through throughout the job. He did everything he needed to do and made sure it was tracked after. That’s who you need on you team! The company even had a warranty the after the service for 7 days to ensure that everything is good for reassurance after the plumbing fix. I would recommend this company 100 times over!

We experienced a main line clog. I scheduled Martell for immediate service and received a message within minutes from Jose. Based on the description of my problem he provided a quote, and the potential steps needed to diagnose and fix the problem. The job became more complicated and required more time to fix, including needing to obtain additional equipment. The technician, Jose (who is the owner of the company) obtained the necessary equipment and eventually solved the problem.
