Leon did an amazing job with my plumbing requests. I initially contacted him for replacing angle stops/shutoff valves in my guest bathroom. When he went to turn off the main water valve, that also broke. Leon offered to replace that for a minimal add-on fee since he was there. He didn't have all of the parts for the work, and even ran to the local Home Depot to buy the parts needed. Once he returned, the work was completed quickly and efficiently. He was highly knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. He was patient, detail-oriented, and ensured everything worked properly before leaving. Overall, he provided high quality work for a reasonable price, and I highly recommend him if you ever have any plumbing needs!

VT Plumbing has horrible customer service and follow up. One star for their initial impression, but beware they do not treat their customers and prospects with the Golden Rule. It has been almost a week since they have left the jobsite with no explanation. I've reached out 3 times now with no response.. This is not how you treat people. I am extremely disappointed in their service

The work was good and the Brown representative was very responsive to my texts until the job was done. Afterward I noticed that my credit card had been billed twice, and when I texted about that I got crickets. I called the main office and they quickly refunded me by check. I recommend them for plumbing work with the caveat that one should check to make sure the billing is correct.

In had 2 toilet handles that were very tough to push down and would continue running water if not manually pulled back up after flushing. Darryl took a quick look, went out to get parts and installed both very quickly. He was very friendly and professional.
Patrice reached out immediately after I posted on Thumbtack and scheduled me for next day, since it was a Sunday and I was not in a dire rush. She was wonderful to speak to, helpful all around.

Asked James out to view the utility room and discuss bid for tankless water heater before accepting. He was prompt, we came to an agreement. Within an hour he had sourced all parts, within 2 hours of that he had replaced the leaking water tank with a tankless gas system and I have hot water and alot more room in the utility room. He and his partner cleaned up the floor and the mess created by the leaking water tank and disposed of the tank as well. I will keep Schumacher & Son Plumbing in my data base and will use them again. James even ensured I was told about the TECO rebate so I can claim that - saving me even more money - thank you James!

DO NOT BOOK So these guys came out and gave us an estimate and said they could do the job to hook up our sink and gas to the outdoor pluMbing. they came out and physically saw what was needed and gave an estimate. The estimate was double what the last person said they could do but unfortunately the last person couldn’t come this weekend, so we agreed to the price. they said they could come Friday, then it became Saturday, then I texted them at 10 o’clock when they said they would arrive and they didn’t show up until almost an hour later. They played around for two hours and then said that they couldn’t do it even though they had already looked at the full job and agreed to do it. They are nice enough but I question their technical capability. I told them five times that we have a party on a set date and I needed to make sure that they were comfortable that the outdoor kitchen could be done and they said they were, then they couldn’t do it.
Bottom line these guys say they can do something and they don’t. They say they’ll show up on time and they don’t, buyer beware!!!!
